In life it feels like I'm the person holding the camera. Like I'm there and being talked too, but its not really me they're talking to. I don't really understand how to explain it more indept but, its how it is. They talk to something else and its not really me im portraying or theyre seeing. idk maybe ill add more to this

I FEEL THE SAME WAY its so good to know im not the only one.. i think its just major dissociaton but i hope you feel better soon
