Earl gray oatmeal!

HIIII!!!!! This is my oatmeal recipe when im out of ingredients for my main oatmeal recipe!!! 

Again, I'll include macros at the end!!


- 1/2 cup oatmeal 

- 1/2 scoop plant based protein powder vanilla by simple truth (IF YOU ARE USING ONE WITH 2 SERVINGS ON THE BACK THEN DO 1 SCOOP)

- 1 cup water

- 2 earl gray tea bags

- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed kernels 

- 1 tbsp pumpkin butter

- 1 tsp maple syrup


steep the tea in the water! 

in a pan, cook the blueberries, cinnamon, and maple syrup till a syrup forms 

mix the oatmeal, protein powder, and chia seeds together!

when the water comes to a boil, add the oatmeal and reduce. stir occasionally

remove the tea bags and mix in the blueberries in a bowl

top with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin butter!!

1 serving, 392 calories

19.2 g protein 

11.1 g fiber
