I am 18 years old, in my country I am legally an adult, do you think it is immature to cry out of frustration? Lately, in the sport I practice, which is volleyball, I feel too much pressure, too much for me honestly.I've never felt so frustrated and incapable of anything, and I don't know how to react. My only reaction is to cry, and even though I try to hide it, I can't, especially when people ask me what's wrong. That question, "Are you okay?" makes me feel worse, and that's when I can no longer hide what I feel inside. Using criticism to my advantage to improve hasn't worked. Well, I still feel bad when I receive them, and I don't think it should be like that, but it's also the way I gave them to myself it doesn't help much, to say the least.
What should I do?

not at all immature. high pressure does that to people and I’ve been in the same boat as you with my sport, crying is just one way to relieve stress when it builds up beyond control .
just focus on having fun. don’t stress too much if u can help it. best wishes
Thank you so much ^^, this helps me a lot 💞
