Please help me ban this guy!

Hello everyone! If u are my friend here in Spacehey u had probably already read this because I posted it on my bulletins, but I want to post here in my blog too so it can get a greater reach!
 The thing is: My bsf Mari (love u bestie) has a tiktok account where she post a lot of undertale/deltarune videos. Recently she discovered that there is a guy (at least i think its guy) stealing her videos and posting them on Instagram. 
 We tried to report his account, hoping that the account would go down, but it was not enough :(
 So I tried to talk to him, and ask him to delete the videos. Well, I messaged him and he replied.... and this happened: 

Well, as you guys can see, he was very mean and acted like he was helping us (???) 

 So, i ask for you guys to help me ban his account!! Please report his account!! His ig is @tobygamefan
