Sometimes I'll pop into random IRC servers on a virtual machine although I never really stick to a specific one
Irc used to be so active like at any time you could pop into servers on dalnet for goth or emo music or whatever and people would be vibing 24h
I logged into dalnet on 01/01/2000 to say what's up we are all still here lol before I went back to bed hungover xxxx
I miss the text based format of it it seemed raw and expressive without relying on like videos or images. Those were shared but had to be opened in your browser. And God help you if that meant opening real player lol

I remember RealPlayer lol. One of my earliest memories was a PC with Real installed. Was running Windows 2000. I was too busy playing the old Jetix games though haha
