I'm sooo tired today, I've been working double shifts at work so I can get a flip phone. I know its silly to say that I'll have a better life when I get this flip phone, because why should I have to wait for this seemingly trivial thing to happen before I can go touch grass? Because the smart phone is an addiction, and after years of conditioning my brain with instant gratification, I can't shake the habit if it's still attached to my arm.

I got a flip phone a few months ago and I honestly love it! totally still have my smart phone glued to my arm though, it's tricky when you're a student and everything requires 2 factor authentication that the flip phone I got doesn't allow since it's KaiOs... but, still, i don't regret getting it even though i'm still in a very weird transitional period between using my old smart phone and having this new one. Was there any model you were thinking of getting? i believe mine is the nokia 2780 so if you want any insight on what that one is like to use i can share my thoughts about my experience thus far if that'd be helpful lol
My boyfriend has a 2780 and i so love messing with it, but to ensure that my service provider covers it i'm thinking about a TCL 4 :3 i heard good things about it.

hiii ive had a flip ohone for the past year, it truly is the best. I got mine for free through metro cuz im a new costumer. It's only about $80 retail. Its ugly but whatever i rip music on my sd and throw it in so i still get my albums and stuff. I pay $25 a month for just talk and text. I cant send photos anymore but I email my friends when i need to. I play my ds more and im just a better person for it, more time spent involved in the world. good luck homie

i don’t think it’s silly at all!! im actually in the same boat and saving up so hopefully i can afford one soon. any step in the right direction is a good thing- i hope you achieve your goal of curbing your smartphone usage!! :D
