I miss the club and the club misses me.

I think one of my favourite parts of going to university and leaving my small home town was to start getting into the nightlife around me and checking out raves and concerts for the first time- even if it still suck when compared to anywhere else as I am Manitoban haha- but like I’m only in the city/uni in the warmer months and spend most of the year up north at home doing online classes. There’s literally nothing to do here- like where I live the closest grocery store is an hour away, there’s no restaurants, no clubs/groups to meet and hang with people, barely anyone my age, literally nothing.

The closest thing I have had here was when me and my cousin snuck away and drove an hour away to the nearest bar a few months ago, or when my coworker invited me to any future times they go out to a restaurant and hit up a casino (also an hour away, and has not happened yet- it was just a concept lol). My family doesn’t even do bingo nights anymore.

Anyways, hoping to head south (evil evil Winnipeg most likely) again for my winter break but I highly doubt it:’) visit my grandparents and hope any fun opportunities come up here in the meantime, even though they never do.
