How I Became Lean/Toned

My workout plan:

5 sets of 10 push ups (1 min rest)

2 sets of 20 squats (1 minute rest) 

2 sets of 5 pull ups (1 min rest)

9 Laps around a 400 meter track ( 2.2 miles)

I do this 4 days a week and eat 1800-2000 calories a day. I should mention I live close by to a park with a pull up bar & a running track so I basically walk to each place 4 days a week instead of drive. Within 60 days I started to see a change and 11 months in I can definitely see the results on my body. I'm still flabbergasted by how toned I look just by doing the basics 😂
