i cant really say exactly how it got worse? all i can say is this:
if i want to watch a youtube video, it automatically goes to 480/360p. and it still lags heavily. while im right next to the router, mind you.
yeah, fuck not being able to game properly, i cant even WATCH YOUTUBE properly. MY COMPUTER HAS AN ANEURYSM PROCESSING STUFF AS OVERWHELMINGLY COMPLICATED AS... a discord message.
there's a point where i don't think it's windows 11. i genuinely think my laptop just sucks. yippee!!!

You should use linux instead of windows 11 and try to replace HDD with SDD
trust me when i say ive been TRYING to get linux mint (fedora i think) on my pc
problem is that the only person who knows how to do so is someone i only see at school and i cant see them bc im SICK ;-;
as for the HDD instead of SSD, i might try that if switching to linux doesnt work :I

my laptop right now is pretty slow for some reason & i hate only using bandlab for production
luckily im getting a macbook air soon so i can level up my music production some more with a different daw
i can relate to the bandlab thing (i cant spend money on tech stuff and using vmware is really finnicky since you cant save) it sucks :(

computer or daw?
if it's daw, i mostly use bandlab/audacity (yes using audacity is hell but its something T-T)
ive been experimenting with reaper and fl studio with oracle vm virtualbox, but neither of them i really care for (fl studio is cool but not 160 dollars cool)
as for computer, it's an hp laptop with windows 11 :I

I feel like I can’t use FL because of me having a teacher where we only used Logic & FL looks confusing to me. Right now all I use is Logic if I’m in school & BandLab at home.

i think FL is def confusing at first, but once you figure out stuff like tracks and how to place them on a thing it becomes easier

uhmmm maybe try deleting a whole bunch of stuff from your laptop? mine gets SUPER SLOW when there is little storage space.
yoy most likely tried this but when my laptop is open for a long time it gets really really slow, so i have to restart it, then its back to normal
ty for the suggestions <3 ill try seeing if theres any junk in my laptop i dont need bc there probably is
as for restarting my laptop, it doesn't seem to work that well. my computer kinda lags anyway :p
