I'm being haunted?

I keep seeing shit out the corner of my eye/eyes

It's like someone is standing over my shoulder, but when I turn to look they get shy and hide. It feels me out the most when I'm alone in an open space. Like yesterday I was doing the dishes downstairs with just the kitchen light on and I saw smth in my peripheral and it low-key scared me so bad.

Anyways I think it might be the beads in my hair or I'm having vision problems at 6teen :p
