Hey you! Do you struggle with eating healthy foods but also don't want to get sucked into the health content vortex?

Well here's my chaotic guide to eating healthy enough that you won't die at like 50 but also still feeling good!!

#1 most important thing--> eat whatever the fuck u want, just add more healthy foods to your diet, don't take stuff away if you don't need to!! put fruit on ur ice cream!!

-fruit is actually really delicious-- find your favorite and try to eat it once a day! you need vitamins!

-no fresh fruit? get a big bag of frozen fruit from costco or something! keeping fruit fresh is a pain in the ass, but you can defrost it or make it into smoothies and it lasts way longer :D

-eat breakfast please. it can be something small but nutrient dense, like a granola bar, etc. it will actually give you energy in the morning. (crazy, right?)

- vegetables!! you don't need to eat every veggie under the sun. find a green one and a colorful one you like (ex. snap peas and carrots) and just eat that when you can. again, get frozen stuff if u need to.Β 

- yes, tomato sauce counts as a vegetable.

- no, the nerds gummy clusters won't kill you

- protein! beef jerky has protein! burgers have even more protein! put tomatoes on it and bam! vegetable!Β

carbs power your body, sugar powers your brain, vitamins make your body able to use the carbs and sugar.

organic does not objectively mean healthier. probably better for the environment, but it's just a smaller version of the "genetically modified" plants. it doesn't matter at this point, everything in the world is polluted.Β 

the only thing you should probably take away is energy drinks (if u drink them daily) don't let an alani send you to the hospital guys.Β 

Remember to love yourself and take care of your body <3 <3 eat the potato chips if you want to, health blogs by almond moms don't control you!!

hey, needed to read this, i've been really down about what i eat lately and had a huge sugar crash migraine this week... gotta stop eating so many sweets out of nowhere, my body told me no and now i am kinda scared of eating anything haha. but this helped a lot.. i'll try my best <3
