[Game testing] Heartopia

Hi everyone !

I've finally decided to write my first blog post with a review of a game I recently had the chance to play :D

I fell in love with this game and want to share it with you. It’s a perfect mix between The Sims and Animal Crossing. This is Heartopia.

Heartopia is a cozy life simulation game. Similar to Animal Crossing, you play as a character who moves to a charming little island. There, many possibilities await you. You can build your own house, find your style and your own passions, make friends, explore the island or even visit your friends' houses ...

Why am I recommending this game ?

It's a relaxing game where you take the time to do whatever you want. You can fish, catch insects, play with your own pets, find the perfect look for the day...  Like many games, there are objectives to complete, especially to learn how to play through the tutorial. But there's no time limit or penalties, so you can go at your own pace.

The design is clean and really cute and really colorful. The atmosphere is relaxing with soft music playing in the background. The characters are endearing, and you can customize your own character however you like.

I realize that what I'm describing sounds a lot like Animal Crossing, but having tested it, I can tell you this game has a lot of surprises in store. 

Where can I play this game ?

At the moment, the game has not yet been officially released. A beta test is about to end (around November 19), but another one is planned for December. This will be the last one before the release. To my knowledge, no specific date has been set, but rumors suggest the game will be released in early 2026...

I know that the game will be available on Android and PC; it is already on the Steam platform, listed as “coming soon.”
