self reflect with me!! +mini guide on how i do it :3

im not sure if this is the bestest way ever to self relfect but hope this was helpful, and putting it out in the world helps me stick to it. so thank you!!

What happened today?

I woke up late and ate pancakes. Took a shower AND washed my hair (didnt brush my teeth). Got dressed then dressed again. Mostly just layed there. Mom, dad, and sister got into a fight over Bluey. Dad drove like a maniac. Ate FreeBirds till I felt sick. went shopping for those little shoe box thingies that you donate to children in need!! swinged a lot. ate dinner till i felt sick. comforted a friend. brushed my teeth!!

What feelings did you feel?

A lot of self hate and bloated-ness. some parental feelings, but i was little for a good chunk of the day. some fear too. numbness and deppression was mixed in too.

Was most of the causes of bad feelings under your control?

No, other than the binge eating.

How can you react better?

Start being farther away from the food. stop caring. you cant do anything so like...who cares? bestest mentality ever!!
