work life :3

Hii ^_^ sharing a bit about what I do for work / what I spend my day doing <3

I work in printing, reproducing ppls paintings and making fine art prints of their work ! it's a rly rewarding career, as i get to work rly closely with local artists in my community. i get to see / speak to so many cool queer artists on a regular basis, and it is so sweet. it is a small business, so i wear so many hats. most of what i do is printing ppls art, but i do a lot of customer interaction and a lotttt of paperwork !! >.< i work under a boss who is super old fashioned, but is mostly supportive of my transition. but like, i get misgendered on a regular basis, and that sucks so much..

i print posters for a bunch of local bands / management companies, too! it's been so cool to work on event posters for artists i've listened to for years n years. i have made some lil friendships with band members of groups i had never heard of before, but listen to regularly now :,) 

while the job has it's lil downsides, i do love what i do <3 i am so thankful to work with artists on a daily basis. i am so so so thankful to have my own office, my sweet cozy home away from home. i do hope to have a shop of my own some day, but i am pretty happy overall with how things are rn :3
