Unfortunately things have gotten worse for women and I truly feel for those who happens to be in countries where their rights are taken away from them.. It's sick and it shouldn't even be allowed to happen.
To add something that's positive, I have seen news about spain allowing you to be home from work while on your period and I think you still get paid for those days if I remember right.

I feel like the things we now have as women were actually things society gave us to make us feel like we did achieve something. It's like a parent telling a child they will get that toy they wanted at the store tomorrow, only for tomorrow to come and the cycle to repeat.

I also feel like we were allowed to work not because people finally realized we were equals, but because capitalism needed more workers to sustain the oppressive system we all live in.

Society only gets more and more violent every day, and it's so scary to see these things happening right in front of your eyes and not daring say a thing. Fear is strange and valid. I never thought I'd fear my father more than I fear the ocean or the dark. I fear these kind of people more than I fear the unknown.

I try my best to do my own thing in hopes of finding more people who think like I do. I think it's the first thing we should do because larger groups are louder.

Tough take here but p*rn shouldnt be being used for multiple reasons such as it being horrible for your brain and overall the health of your future but also because things like p*rn and OF are setting women back in the years of progress we have been trying to make. Wanting to no longer be seen as objects yet selling our bodies like a product for men to do what they please with the photos and videos. The argument that it puts food on the table is overall not worth it because you can easily open a small business that targets things people are commonly looking for and making a profit that way while at the same time protecting women by lowering the amount of people putting themselves on the market.

The focus of feminism these days is foolish; I don't see anyone talking about the suffering of women in Sudan or Gaza, and just talking like that doesn't change anything.Modern feminism focuses more on attacking men than on addressing other women's rights.The situation in Afghanistan is tragic, but there are many other issues that need to be addressed, such as protecting abused women, minors, pregnant women, and rape victims worldwide.
