Report Blog Entry
A glitch or something is going on! I deleted the layout code from my βabout meβ section & it refuses to update! I emailed support back on November 7th & crickets. I tried to see whatβs up on Reddit & that was a bust!Β
Did the same issue happen to anyone else? If so, was this issue eventually resolved, or did you do something to fix it? Please, let me know anything. Thank you.Β
Still, no email from SpaceHey. I commented on An's bulletin and left a comment on his profile. I originally wrote a bulletin a few days ago. No one has messaged or commented. I don't want to sound dramatic, but this is making me want to delete my account. Please, pretty, please...help me. Thhank you.Β

Go to the mobile app. Click on Edit Profile. Click on the Design tab at the top right. You'll see a Custom Code section at the bottom. Your code lives in there. Delete that and save and you'll be good.

have you tried replacing it with a different layout? i only have very minimal knowledge of html and css, but when inspecting your profile page the css is still in the source code, so perhaps replacing it would fix the issue?

Yes, unfortunately I tried replacing with new layout codes and deleted layout codes, trying to reset to the default layout. Nothing worked.
