The prisoner is… very aggressive to say the least, ever since they got posted to Northgate Complex they have been causing us so much trouble. Just recently they had already attacked their two cell mates. Even though we have placed them in solitary confinement and bound their wings, they still remain in a constant state of distress. 

Note: <01592091> holds a huge grudge on prisoner <19034926> for unknown reasons. Separate them from other inmates and keep a close eye on them for the time being.

We found scribbles and markings scrawled onto the walls of <01592091>’s cell. The guards were not able to make up what they were saying, however from what we could infer they were most likely indicators and messages for help. Nothing was out of the ordinary, though the avian’s talons are in need for a quick trimming.

Faint screams could be heard from the prisoner’s cell, followed by a loud bang or thud. This has been a routine occurrence for <01592091>. We have yet to locate the cause for their sudden and unpredictable outbursts, moreover their mysterious obsession with “THE VIEWER”, but for now all we can do is to not agitate the prisoner any further. 

Note: <01592091> stands out among the other inmates, their senses are heightened to an alarming extent that it is difficult to tell what’s going on in their head. Be weary when walking past his cell. They’re is not in the best state of mind at the moment, if anything were to happen, sound code 004.

We typically don’t put a muzzle on prisoners that aren’t wolf-born, <01592091> is an exception. Despite being an avian, their teeth are extremely strong; often seen gnawing at the cell bars which explains the slight dents that keep appearing. In retaliation, they bit and ambushed one of the guards. We have resorted to injecting the prisoner with [redacted] to avoid and prevent any more casualties. Distance yourself from the prisoner and approach them with caution.
