I wanna get new piercings

I’ve had my side labret pierced for two years and a half already, and last year i pierced my nose but ended up taking it out, now i wanna get my ears pierced and i was thinking either an industrial or a triple vertical helix but i move way too much in my sleep I’m probably gonna suffer
