Gideon's Bakehouse at Disney Springs

Taking a trip to Disney World is sensory overload. There is so much to take in all at once. It is fun to think back after returning from a trip to consider the things that made a lasting impression. The list is quite long, but one thing from this last trip that keeps popping into my head is the peanut butter cold brew at Gideon's Bakehouse. May be an image of brick wall and outdoors
This super cool place is located at Disney Springs. It has an interesting, gothic sort of aesthetic and they are famous for their completely over the top cookies, which are awesome by the way. Cookies and style aside, the thing that really stuck with me was the peanut butter cold brew. May be an image of dessert and indoor Coffee is kind of a thing for me, so maybe that is what keeps triggering the memory, but this stuff was astoundingly tasty. When I first heard about it, I wasn't sure what to think, but I was open to trying it. It far exceeded expectations. Absolutely delicious. Anyone planning a trip to visit Disney World, or even just popping into Disney Springs for a little shopping and a stroll, I highly encourage you to drop in and try it. Grab a couple cookies while you are at it. You will not be disappointed.
