SHARKS:
Let's talk abt sharks for a sec. Sharks are fish with sekeleton made of tough, flexible cartilage instead of bone. They first appeared somewhere around 220 million years ago before the dinosaurs(and then proceeded to stay forever).Β
Today, there are more than 500 species of sharks(crazy tbh). Sharks have a reputation as fierce predators, but most species are harmless and shark attacks are very rare.
SHAPES AND SIZES:Β
Most sharksβ including the great white, tiger, blue, bull, mako and reef sharksβhave a sleek, streamlined body.Β
Others are very different shapes. In deep waters, the frilled shark is names for its unusual nose. The flattened bodies of angel sharks and wobbegongs suit life on the seabed. Species of hammerheads have a T-shaped head with eyes far apart, which gives them a wide field of vision.

My personal favourite shark species is the Lemon shark (Negaprion brevirostris) :DΒ
funfact: they have a yellow-grey skin to help blend into sand

Most of the information is obtained from an encyclopedia(that I totally forgot the name of)
That's all, baiΒ²π
