watch/readlist, things ive interacted with

ill just keep track of things ive seen or read, mainly for myself but if if a movie or whatever is rlly good ill make sure to mark it, also obviously this will kept updated

12.11: "the pursuit of happiness", "the client", "it could happen to you too". all of them are peak honestly, i like "the pursuit of happiness" the most cuz it had a simple concept but thrned it into a masterpiece. the acting is great, the story, style, characters, genuinely just watch it.

17.11 (my birthday yay!): "Forrest Gump". Another rlly good movie, its pretty popular and that for a reason. It kind of is one of those movies that have the potential to change your view on life, give you inspiration to do something or whatever. The characters have a lot of depth and the story is undeniably good, well, great. rlly great. its about a man and his life story, which he tells as the narrator himself. Hes right under the average intelligence level, but maybe thats what made him such a great human.

19.11: "unbroken". its a movie during the ww2, specifically focuses on hold on guys my dad came

22.11: didnt start just then but "Breaking Bad" is horrible. i hope walter white dies.

23.11: "American Beauty". i watched it out of curiosity and it didnt disappoint. it was in some way the exact storyline ive expected, but the actual plottwists are insane. the end is debatable, what is worse? being able to give up your child because of hatred towards a group you never interacted with, or being attracted to a teenager as young as your daughter, even overly sexualizing the girl? did he really deserve it, or was he about to grow as a character? not a masterpiece, likes to make women seem inferior, like many movies from that time, overall decent because of the end.

24.11: "Christmas with the Kranks", a Christmas movie, shockingly. Again, the woman makes herself seem inferior, should i even get into that? the moral of the story comes off as "dont ever try to skip traditions since you will never escape them", which is stupid, in my opinion. if you want to go to the carribians over christmas then its none of your neighbors business. i didnt like the movie too much, the ending was decent.

26.11: "American Made", about a man that likes money. from being a regular pilot to delivering drugs and weapons to nicaragua and so on to then a spy that eventually got betrayed. not a masterpiece, but a good movie you can watch in the background well. guys my teacher called my english overly good heh im going to eat you all. whys it that the ones making my day are teachers only.

16.12: "Stepmom": sounds better in german lmao (stepmom sounds plain, here its called "side by side". its about character growth and understanding the perspective of all people involved, how important empathy is. a good movie, 2h 5min long.

31.12: "Uptown girls", about a young woman living in comfort until she doesnt, so she needs to lower her standards and gets a job. There she meets Ray, basically her opposite.

1.1.26: "Peter Pan", the one where peter already lives in neverland and meets wendy. im pretty sure we all know it so ill just say that its so peak i accidentally watched it until almost 4am. best way to start the new year :P

4.1: "The Great Flood", it has the structure of a confusing movie but isnt rlly. still a good movie, it was pretty decent. its about the falldown of humanity caused by meteors that created a massive floods. more specifically is it about a young woman and her child trying to survive, but thats kind of like the appetizer for the actual story/ plot.

4.1: "Yours, Mine, Ours". typical family movie, about two parents of many children that fall in love so they somehow have to make them like each other.

note : ive watched more movies than i wrote down here, i guess i just forgot.
