RAWSHLEY LIFE UPDATE YIPPIE YAYYAY!!

OMG HEY HAI IT'S BEEN WAY TOO LONG!! How are you guys??

I'm GREAT right now!! If you haven't seen my latest bulletain then you wouldn't know buuuuuut I GOT A JOB INTERVIEW!! AAAA!!! SCREAMING CRYING AND THROWING UP RN!!! I've been getting ghosted and instant rejections for AAAAAAGES and I was expecting it again but I got an email inviting me for an interview so like !!!! Fingers crossed I get that jobby!!

Outside of weird adulting stuff, I've been procrastinating on the last of my seras cosplay bc I'm on the worst bit, the GLOVES. The sewists who know, KNOW. What's double annoying is I have to try and figure out a way to get fairy-lights into the long glove that makes her vampiric shadow </3 BUUUUUT I have made everything else so it's just a matter of having her ready for cons next year. I want to make her Harrkonnen too but the problem with that is that it's an anti-tank and aircraft(?) rifle. Now, you may be scratchin' yerr gnoggin' like "but Ashley, it's a prop? can't you make it?" and to that I say... Yes but I'd not be able to bring it to comic con. Why? Because London MCM comic con is held in the London excel...

...by an airport.

So, erm... yea, you could imagine the problems that could cause if I tried to bring the harkonnen. I'll probably make a prop for the rifle she has in the first ep but like, IDK-

Speaking of comic con... I went to comic con in october!! This is the first time I've been to a con for more than one day and I'm super happy about it!! I'm hopefully gonna be going again for all three days next October (if I get this job, fingers crossed!!) I was at the rezzie meet both days (late on the friday tho lol-) but I saw my friend, threw gifts at Mimi (not literally lol) but it was like WJTAHGJKBRWB it was so swag! I was the Memory of Alessa on day one and Billy Coen on day two and SOMEONE RECOGNISED ME AND AAAARGH!! One was literally like "are you Cici" and I was shook bc, like, NO-ONE asks who I am person-wise?? I was like "yah I am!!" and it was just EEEE!! Another person recognised me from the RE meet in May (not name wise but still) when I cosplayed Jill (link to that con blog here :3) and it was so cool!! :D I got some awesome photos of my MOA cos, some chill pics of Billy, REALLY cold to the point I regretted wearing a TANK-TOP in WINTER oh my god that was awful a group of us were freezing but STILL!!

There was also halloween where I brought out my Jill cosplay and went to watch Ringu (the og 1998 one) with my e-wife who cosplayed Hinako from Silent Hill F! I got given a look by someone cosplaying a dimitrescu daughter for some reason idk, maybe they were jelly I got that S.T.A.R.S team swag/j but I got some cool pictures of Jill too. Gonna cosplay her again on the 26th of this month when I go to a bar that serves Videya game drinks (G&T Virus my beloved) so WATCH OUT FOR THAT POST WHEN IT COMES REHEHEHHEHEHEHEE

Outside of that there's not been much going on in life, just the usual (I mean, I modded my 3ds too but eh, nothing bad happened when I did that it ended well, no console bricking or anything) tho I changed my cosplay name 'n stuff to DhampirCici because vampire stuff's got me in a CHOKEHOLD- Gonna watch Trinity Blood soon and convince myself not to cosplay Abel Nightroad, and I'm gonna be making my friend the jacket for a cosplay of Matryoshka Miku >:3
