Joppa Road is a major highway in Baltimore. Yes, I read the Wikipedia article for it. Ween Wiki says Dean wanted to make a song with the title because it was funny to him. That's the beauty of Ween, they write a fucking great and catchy song because they thought the name of a road was funny. Geniuses.
