Not waking up fully

I “woke up” this morning and I know for a fact I’m still not awake, everything has been so strange and out of the ordinary, I’ve been so tired all day and foggy everything that’s happened before in the dreams has been also happening now I am very much becoming concerned about if I am awake or still sleeping.
