im sick of seeing the same actors everywhere

i call it nepo movie casting. its always mckenna grace, timothee chalamet and tom cruise. i get it, they're big actors but hollywood has forgotten how to look for talent in rookie actors. lily james for example, was nothing before her role as cinderella. but because casting directors gave her a chance, she earned a role in one of the world's biggest disney princess live action remakes. another example is wednesday. half of the actors in the cast had little acting experience and only minor roles. but they were given chances and now have more opportunities in the mainstream media of film
