On my way to university, I listened to some Hey!Say!Jump tracks, and it reminded me of the times I fangirled over J-pop boy idols and fictional idols. I mean, I tried to get into the new K-pop groups, but I am not interested in their sound. I miss matching outfits, fun, easy-to-follow dances, and oh, those hairstyles... I think nowadays I feel it is getting more and more toxic to even be a fan of those groups, and it has gotten more expensive to even buy a lightstick.
I was big into Uta Prince and had the mobile game until it was gone, as well as Love Live and Idolmaster. Sadly I am sure this idol decade is over, but with Hypmic and Idolish7 still around, I hope something fresh and within my interest will come around.
