Pawafuru Ostrov was a symbol of power and strength. At the start of its career it was built to combat the Japanese navy. (Due to the Geastian and Gestonia rebels preparing their revolts) Pawafuru Ostrov had been deployed in almost every Gestonian War since 1863. Simple to manage and simple to use. Not to mention it uses brute strength with the doctrine, “all or nothing” but it uses its rather slim design to outrun its foes and its short reload times to fire multiple salvos. (also by the start of WW2 the Gestonians designed a shell which is currently known as the “Dragon Shells” or its more known name G/SAP, which pierces enemy warships armor plates, but instead of going right through, and it explodes after breaking past thick or light armor plates detonating inside)
