my first blog

hi! i've decided that i'm going to be a blogger, i suppose. i'm going to start by telling you about my day. 

i woke up with a roaring headache, but it subsided by the time i started my bike ride to school. the water i drank likely had something to do with the cure. (haha, get it!) 

we have solo auditions in choir tomorrow, and i'm trying out for it. i normally don't because there are other people who have a bigger voice than me, but this time i think i could get away with it. plus, its my senior year, so i'm trying to make the most of it. 

in my ap english lit class, i talked to eric again. he's this really kind, smart, cute, funny guy that i sit next to. we've been friends since the first day of school back in september, and we've just gotten closer since then. we went on a date on saturday, and he was so sweet. he even met my mother, which was absolutely mortifying. my mother is not someone you want to meet. he didn't judge me for her, though. i think i really like him, but i don't wanna say that and then hit myself for it later. 

we also had band practice today, and i got better at this hard riff. you'd think that when you write your own music, you'd make it easy, but that couldn't be further from the truth. we usually all help write the music, and we all just end up making it harder for ourselves as we discuss it. i guess that's what happens when you and your friends are all passionate about the same thing and you do it together.  

well, that's all i can think of to write about today. i might see you tomorrow, but i'm not sure. i have show choir after school then.
