A Sick o' a Woman in a Sea of Men

So, first off, the title comes from a dream I had so long ago in which, by the end, this woman desperately tried to explain it to me, or make me remember it, and right before I woke up I understood it, but after waking up I could not remember the meaning, just the phrase like the woman had told me in such distress. I know that it must be brought to the awake world, but I do not know the meaning.
