why does this keep happening to me

Theres this girl in my class, lets call her girl. So imagine this,i zoom out in class. Im high as hell on ibuprofen cause of how bad my fever is. Girl walks up to me and started talking to me things i dont understand. I swear to god i was listening to what she was saying but i couldnt register a single thing she said untill the words ''stop checking me out twink'' drop. Girl.
