I just wanted to log that I went to the gym (yesterday)! :)
It was a lot more enjoyable this time, especially cause I didn't feel like a lot child. And I actually ate something before I went!
I did a full body work out because the day before I didn't finish what I wanted to do (lower body). Weirdly, I felt a bit stronger? Maybe it's because I felt more confident in the space, and didn't do BBS :P
Anyways, I feel at lot less anxious about going to the gym, which is nice!
Moral of the story? We all have good and bad days at the gym but one bad day doesn't mean you should stop going! Also eat something before you go to the gym.
