despite the fact that bimbo aesthetics fascinated me almost three years ago here are a few factors that finally fixed in my head the conviction that this is my topic. and it happened during my two-month trip to Kazakhstan.

1. watching "Mean Girls" together with my then-roommate in a rented apartment. 2. Lili's song "волчица в шкуре ягнёнка" on the alarm clock on my pink Samsung Galaxy Folder. 3. an attempt to make a neurocaver with Britney's voice on Irina Nelson's song "Гори-гори ясно". with the english text and my arrangement ofc. 4. regular reading of old blogs on LiveJournal. 5. a custom-made Bad Girls Club t-shirt in Almaty with mug shots of Paris, Joseline, Khloe, Tatianna, Nicole and Lindsay. it's also combined with a black fur coat and outings to my friends' events at the Rocky Horror Bar. 6. Bozhena's phrase which is ingrained in my subcortex is "first bequeath something to me and then hang yourself!" 7. there was a desire to get a tattoo with the quote "а страданья, переживанья - это лишний стресс" (the desire appeared but the money did not) 8. every morning i started with cherry juice and watching the shows "the simple life" and "paris hilton's my new bff" 9. my favorite song was Ayesha's "girl next door". and finally, 10. immediately after arriving in my hometown i got a golden motorola razr v3i, my first Juicy bag and 212 sexy perfume. oh, and pink "keyboard for blondes" obvi.

i could have bought it all in Kazakhstan but i simply had nowhere to put it. my suitcase is sooooo small.

and all i could bring back from there was a red pillow and a magnet with views of the glorious city of Almaty. and my overblown ego.
