sounds like your friends are pretty infatuated with their partners. you could talk to them about putting the phone down while you're visiting them. constantly texting your partner while you have company over is a bit rude and would make me feel like spending friend time together is not important. you just gotta gently remind them not to forget about the homies, homeslice.
