it hurts deeply knowing people are fighting a mental battle that you cannot mentally or physically helo them through. i wish there was a solution for it. harming oneself or risk of taking their own life hurts me deeply but i have also felt the same and done the same. ur not alone, if anyone needs someone to talk to i am always here <3. trying my best to respond back to people as soon as possible since spacehey doesn’t have notifications unfortunately. especially a loved one, please reach out. it especially hurts my soul when people you care about are mentally and physically battling with themselves and keeping it to themselves.
