Squeaky Hinge!

Yesterday was quite the day. My AP European history class went on a field trip to an art museum, which basically translates to: I skipped school and got praised for it. Hey, I got free food, free tickets, and free transportation, along with a helping of free license to do whatever I wanted. That was fire. It lasted the entire school day, and after, I went to do a li'l photoshoot with my debate team. Oh, and on that note, actually—in writing that, I did a quick search and therefore must ask: where does one typically place the apostrophe in the shortened version of 'little'—L-I-L.

Until now, for me, it was lil' or was it 'lil... truthfully, in thinking about it, I seem to have forgotten my own preference. Silly me. 

Anyway, after the field trip and the photoshoot, I borrowed a team shirt to show my debate team spirit at the final football game of my high school's season. I wear a size small to large, but I always reach for a medium. The only available shirt? A 2XL, naturally. Nevertheless, with a bit of layering and love, I'd say I was looking stylish and, dare I say, a bit cute. No compliments, though, sighhhh, but on the flip side, I know what I'll be wearing every Thursday. Hopefully, it will incentivize me to actually do my laundry. 

The football game was a total bust; the final score was 10-9 (my school won). I don't even like football as it is, but I do like sports, yet that game, particularly, was just sad. We were passing to the wrong team and running straight into a line of defense. Plus, we were going in the same direction every single time, which was enough to make me yank my hair out, or at least consider it.

But hey, a win is a win, I guess. 

When I got back, I got ready for bed and fell asleep. That was pretty much it, yesterday. I mean, there's more—tons more actually. But it's finally Friday, and I've been anticipating a bit of spare time to edit my page. I might just start fresh entirely. I might not. Still haven't decided.

It'd be nice to make my own wallpaper instead of yoinking one off the internet. I might. I might not.

But still, for whatever it's worth, I'd say my aesthetic has changed into more of a Y2K trinkets 'n stuff-ish kinda style. Meh, I'll try to make it easy on the eyes. It'll either be that or just all of my interests jumpscaring whoever finds my page at once.

Sorry for missing a day. Oh, and the title comes from the fact that my laptop, which I had to superglue together (oops!), is being so annoying right now!
