A cake I made a million times and still can't get enough of <3
Ingredients:
ʚɞ1 3/4 cups flour
ʚɞ3/4 cups cacao powder (the one for baking or nesquik depends on which one you like more)
ʚɞ1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
ʚɞ1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
ʚɞ1 teaspoon salt
ʚɞ2 cups sugar
ʚɞ2 eggs
ʚɞ250 ml milk
ʚɞ125ml oil
ʚɞ 2tablespoons vanilla extract
ʚɞOPTIONAL 250ml hot water (only if batter too thick!)
Preparation:
1.) Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cacao powder)
2.) Add the wet ingredients to the mix (eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract)
3.) mix well (If the batter is too thick then add a bit of hot water but only if too thick)
4.) Put it in a form and into the oven at 180°C/ 356°F
5.) leave in for 40-60 minutes (depends on the form)
Poke into the cake in the oven to check if ready (it's ready if no batter sticks on whatever you poked into the cake)
