So it all started when i bought an MP3 player on amazon because my school takes my phone so i cant listen to music for 7 whole hours- which ill rant about l8r- but i was trying to find a way to download music onto it without having to pay for premium on youtube or sound clou. super dumb idea because i installed a bunch of random programs that reddit said would work (am i dumb) I figured out that there was a website to do it for free without having to download anything but the audio files- actually legit so that was cool- but now my google chrome wont stop turning into yahoo search engine. OMFG ITS SO ANNYING. i cant customize my wallpaper and its just so ugly and unusable. whatever like its such a non problem, but i have no idea how to make it stop. ive cleared my nhistory and deleted my cookies and deleted a bunch of random programs off my PC so idk what to do anymore. XP

Do you mean that your default search engine is Yahoo? I think you're able to change the default search engine that opens up. If that doesn't work, be sure that you properly uninstall programs. I know as a kid I just deleted the shortcut of the program on my desktop without actually uninstalling programs, so they would still be on my computer. And maybe you can try reinstalling Chrome.
The problem is that Google is showing as my default, and Yahoo isn't even an option, the Google tabs bar is still there but when I search it turns into the yahoo search, and I can't even delete and reinstall Google bc it's not on the app store now ??? I'm working on it more tmw :,-)

Did you accidentally download Yahoo? I prefer Firefox.
Just downloaded firefox lol, haven't used it yet but that a tmw thing :P what's making me think it's like malwear is that Yahoo isn't even downloaded on my pc it just showed up
