Guilty

I"ve been feeling guilty recently like this deep feeling in my gut. i dont know if its guilt or dread. I just dont feel right, like something is gonna happen. it started a few days ago. im also accepting the fact that i am wasting my life behind a screen, i should be happy, i have everything i need. but this feeling haunts me.
