I wish I had more friends

I hate how I look around and I see so many cool people with like HIGH amounts of friends I envy that sooo much but like I am a very anxious guy with like very bad social anxiety and plus some of the people in my school are just awful I mean like no taste to me everyone just seems like copy n paste over and over again aughhh...Like in general I wish there was more niche people in my school or were I live in general like I find the people who are like softcore or just that type that stand out I love those kind of people but well back to my little social anxiety issue even if I were to come across those people I yearn to meet I would be pretty afraid to try and talk to them I just feel so out of reach from them aughhhh
