honestly, you are so REAL for that title. sometimes, when that happens to me, i always overthink on how i can discreetly itch my butt without anyone noticing. sometimes a lil distraction is good. yell out "EW SOMEBODY FARTED OVER THERE" and when the opportunity gives u time, itch it.
