sleep paralysis

Ever since I can remember I've always had very distinctive sleep paralysis that eventually became full on astro projection. In the beginning stages of my sleep paralysis it all starts the same. First you hear the loudest ring in your ear that almost makes you feel like your head is vibrating like that just before a big yawn feeling, then you start realizing you can't move but you feel Like you are falling back and spinning at the same time, during this time your body can't move but your  mind can do very impressive things when its the only part of you that is awake.

Before I go to sleep every night I turn off both my phone and Television, and I close my door, but for some reason in my sleep paralysis I can hear full episodes of tv shows that I was making up in my head because it wasn't really there but the voices of the characters were strong and the plot of the show was strong too. in sleep paralysis my door is cracked open, I feel like I can vividly hear dog barks, baby screams, footsteps you know scary things lmao. it was like this for a while until one night.
one night I was about to start an episode and I knew it because my ears were ringing, head vibrating, and body spinning, but even though my body couldn't actually move, as I was paralyzed) I was able to fling myself forward and be in like a praying position, when I did that I felt pressed against two boards but I found a nonexistent baby rattle in my bed and was able to shake it and hear it rattle loud next to my ear.
The time I reached astral projection made it worth all the fear sleep paralysis has caused all other experiences ive had with it, it started out all the same, but I was sleeping in my bed and my episode told me I was sleeping in my grandmas bed (which I used to do as a child and still had sleep paralysis then, actually if im being completely transparent with you I was able to astroproject when I was very small, I used to be able to walk around my aunts house because she used used to be my nanny and I slept on the couch in the living room) so like I think all the sleep paralysis was just like training my mind for the REM world I get into when my body is paralyzed while sleeping. Any ways besides the point I was sleeping in my bed, but in the episode it was my grandmas and as soon as I tried moving/ flinging my body forward like last time, my feet were being dangled in the air like my head was still on the bed It was like something was picking me up by my feet, then it stopped, I hit the bed hard and was "able" to get up from my bed and walk to the chair across the room I used to put makeup on.
I remember my steps feeling heavy like chains on my feet, and I never made it to my always open bedroom door. I still wonder to this day why the door was always open and why I could hear vividly clear sounds from behind it, but as soon as I made it to the chair I was immediately with no choice back In my bed and scared to death, but I told you in the beginning, the human mind works in a rather impressive way.
