Health Hell

I had my first MRI a week ago, and they found a bulging disc in my lower back with some arthritis.  I've had issues with it since September of 2022. I have had multiple rounds of physical therapy. I get to see someone on the 13th for pain management. I'm assuming that they will put an epidural in my back. I hope that they can find something that helps. My legs go numb and then they hurt. I am having a hard time lifting things, which makes work hell. I started in customer service, but they have put me in Dairy and Meat. I like all of it, but dairy is hard with the heavy milk. 

I hope everyone has been alright. I haven't been on in a while. I have the app, but it never notifies me when I have a message. If I don't message you back right away, I promise I'm not ignoring you. I check the app periodically. <3
