More girly?

I’m 22 and thought I’d figure out how to be more girly after my time in school but NOPE. How do I do it? Where do I even start? I feel like I try with buying clothes that make me look more feminine but when I put it on, it feels like I have no idea what I’m doing. Like a child with a Barbie doll who mix and matches the most random things. What can I even do!!!!
