Livingstone’s Fruit Bat
Found in the Comoros, off the East Coast of Africa, Livingstone’s Fruit Bat has been recently down listed from critically endangered to endangered.

Bougainville Monkey-Faced Bat
There are a few species of Monkey-Faced Bats that are found on islands, this species is found in Papua New Guinea.

Ghost Bat
Ghost bats are the second largest microbat species in the world. They are known as “false vampire bats” because they are large and use their fangs to kill their prey, but they don’t feed exclusively on blood.
Little Red Flying-Fox
They are native to Australia and fly further inland than many others. They favor the pollen and nectar of Eucalypt blossom over other foods that make up their diet.

Jamaican Flower Bat
For 20 years, the Jamaican flower bat was believed to be extinct before being rediscovered in Jamaica’s Stony Hill Cave.
Black Flying-Fox
They have wingspans up to a meter (39 inches)

Vampire Bat
They are the only mammals that feed exclusively on blood!!
