i think death is a weird topic

i’m scared of dying but like

i’m not

cos i don’t know what dying is like, so why would i be scared of it?

it’s just weird cause the only guarantee in life that you get is that you are going to die

and that’s terrifying

because the human race isn’t doing anything about that

or at least i dont seeee anybody doing anything about that

maybe one day we’ll cure death

but that would lead to overpopulation

i think the main draw to fearing death is the cause of it, not the actual state of being that is dead. like woahhhh dying can be so painful and unpleasant man,, and then after that is completely unknown. like, the brain cannot consciously function and process the state of being dead, so i understand u not fearing death (^^)b its impossible to know or experience. plus, even if overpopulation happens, it could be possible for a major extinction event to happen to us like the dinosaurs perhappsssssssss
