My page feels like a hoarder's home

I broke my pfp and the level of frustration in trying to fix it makes me wanna get a time machine/ex 
i inspected it and my computer says it's on the default spacehey pfp, but i've changed it several times throughout the day
originally, i was tinkering around with my profile to get my pfp to act like it should: as a gif
but it didn't work.
not at all.
So I went back to fix it, which is when I realized, I have no idea where the url to my pfp is
Making multiple edits, I realized that my pfp wouldn't load after a few hours of waiting, seeing that it had the same icon as a unusable blinkie from a site i was visiting
Digging like a squirrel searching for the acorns it buried in the fall, i did my best to find it and seeing 3 locations where it wasn't but I felt like it should be.
I've mainly been looking  in my HTML/CSS section, and I'm gonna start looking in the other sections tomorrow, just to see if I can do anything to fix this issue or find out where the links are so I can stress a little less.
I also made some changes on my phone, which might've worsened the problem as I started using my mobile user to attempt to resolve my issue 
Overall, I just need help
If anyone has some advice or possible solutions, let me know

Okay so, the pfp I chose last [which is the one shown below] is showing up on safari when I look up my account on my phone/ tablet, but it's not showing up here, on my computer, which is pretty weird and Im still not sure why ?

anyone know ?
