Did the one person who understood me have to die?
Did god really have to take the one person who vaguely felt what i felt?
Jeff Buckley was a yearner. HE WAS MORE THAN A YEARNER. He made yearning art - he was a poet. He had the most artistically falsetto'd and shrill voice to ever cover the smiths. He was poetic and artistic as he went through his fleeting romance.
He died a death as poetic as his craft. Jeff hummed along to zeppelin as he swam. To get swallowed by the ocean, and find himself in Memphis - the home of HIS type of music.
