Journey from newbie DJ to actually learning song writing

Music has always been one of my biggest influences in my life, and the focus on music has grown since my mid 20s.

I just started DJing as a hobby cause I met a few Djs during the pandemic, eventually leading me to join a small group called Lazerwave_PDX since I enjoyed spinning synthwave!

There grew what I liked spinning the most: Synthwave, Darkwave, Dark Synth pop, Industrial and Electrofunk.

As I got older and became a vtuber who was a Dj bard, I figured I better start getting a bit more serious with music.

Since the beginning of the year, been taking classes for Vocal technique, music theory and eventually song writing and Ableton live 12.

Ableton kinda became my very technical playground, it was my music equivalent of a Clip Studio! (Btw I am an artist too!)

I am not a total expert at my craft but slowly making my way! I think I am going to use this entry as sorta a milestone marker!

Oh and this may be a cheesy but I cast Bardic Inspiration on whoever read this! :3
