Everyone knows them as the Shrek band, but they're so much more than that.
- Their first album, Fush Yu Mang (my personal favorite) is full of ska punk and psychedelic rock, it's such a good album that clearly gives off that mid-to-late 90s vibe. Padrino is my personal favorite track, but it's an album with zero skips.
- Astro lounge, their second album, has pop rock and psychedelic pop. Weird synths, catchy drums and more. The entire aesthetic, songs, album cover, and other artwork asociated with it are absolutely 1999/y2k vibes. It also has no skips, but it's a complete change from Fush Yu Mang. This is the album where All Star (AKA The Shrek Song) came from. My favorite track off the album is Then The Morning Comes.
- Their third album, Smash Mouth (Self Titled) feels like a mix of both of its predecessors. It has the fast distorted guitars while also keeping the synths, giving it a less futuristic but still early 2000's sound. The writing feels a lot more like generic pop, but still has a bit of feel given by Steve Harwell's vocals. My favorite track off the album is Holiday In My Head.
I'll come back to this later after listening to more of their discography. Those are the only three albums I've really listened to.

Yeah, everyone gives them a bad rep because they're a "meme" band, but they're actually really good.
