lovehate sleeping problem

i srsly love sleeping but lately since like summer i have problems falling asleep or being tired at all, and its driving me crazy i miss going to sleep 10 pm sharp and being actually healthy now its so shitty i hate not being able to sleep and every1 thinks im crazy and sick cause i cant sleep okay thanks mum
